Medicaid
Medicaid is a financial assistance program funded by both the federal government and the state of Oregon. Unlike Medicare, which covers the costs of health care and in which eligibility is determined by age, Medicaid eligibility is determined by financial need and available assets. Medicaid provides coverage for long-term care, needs-based medical assistance, and other costs. If you or a loved one qualifies for Medicaid, Wy'East Law can act as your ally, helping you navigate the application process, working to preserve assets, and advising you of your rights if benefits are terminated or an estate recovery claim is made.
