Loved ones with special needs

Loved ones with special needs may require extra attention.

They may require help understanding what benefits they may be eligible for, understanding how to become eligible for those benefits, and finally how to apply for the benefits.

If you or another family member plan to include the loved one in your estate planning, you will want the guidance of an attorney with experience in planning for those with special needs. Any inheritance you leave should be left through a Special Needs Trust, ABLE Account, or in another manner that will protect the individual’s benefits.
